Forest bathing (森林浴, しんりんよく) is a gentle, mindful practice of immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of a forest to reduce stress and restore well-being. It’s less about hiking and exercise and more about slowing down and using your senses. Are you ready to slow down, and notice, and reconnect with your inner nature?
